I have purchased a few items from Kay before, so when I needed my watch resized I didn't thinkg twice. All I needed was a couole links taken out. The lady dropped it while working on it and then needed to shio to out. Since I don't live in Ohio they told me it would be shipped to me. Once it arrived back to the store someone would call me. After almost 3 weeks I had to call, then they had no idea. Not to mention later Inrealized I was charged for these services. I pick the watch up from the store near my home that it was shipped to. They didn't even take out enough links. The lady said they would have to send it away or I could go to another store and pay more. Horrible service, no refund and I had to pay even more money to get the watch fixed to take out links and fix the clasp because they put it together wrong. This will be the last time I do business with any Kays. Couldn't even take care of your customer and the ladies where very rude.
