It took forever to get service, and even longer to get our food. How long could it take to make nachos and tater tots? Food was pretty good though. And to be fair, they were interviewing people for all positions, I overheard an interview during my 40 minute wait.
Yes time and time again I give this place a chance at earning my business and each time I have been nothing but disappointed the morning staff in the kitchen can't cook hash Browns to save his life they send out greasy potatoes and look at you when you complain like I don't see what the problem is they don't know how to flip eggs correctly today's experience was the straw that broke the camel's back Camel's back. I call Dan in order over the phone to pick up I get there to pick up the order the waitress looks at me and says O were out of some things here I'm sorry I looked I threw my hands up and walked out in disgust. As I was walking out the door I heard comments coming from are all just because we don't have this you don't want any of it I was lost for words at the stupidity coming from her lips. I wouldn't suggest eating here unless you wanna wait for a very long time or your order and then they come out and say O by the way we don't have that. Apparently the management doesn't know how to order sufficient enough supplies to handle the demand of daily business operations wow
Had to wait 15 minutes after sitting down just to have them ask what I was drinking. Waited another 15 minutes for them to take my order. 30 minutes later I was being told that it was still going to be awhile before they started my order. Now here we are a hour into this and they haven't even started cooking my food. To make it worse, no one was cleaning up the tables unless they needed to seat someone. People were having to wait 10+ minutes to pay and leave. Now Debbie, the waitress was nice and polite but I wouldn't call 911 if the place caught fire. Don't waste your time or money.
I wanted to personally thank the staff for arguing in front of the quests. Grade A establishment right here. Food was Soo amazing coming out half cold, and only seeing a waitress 3 times in 90 mins.
Two stars for the food because it was mediocre and not awful. The service was bad. Four out of four of our checks had a mistake on them. We were one of three tables and the wait was close to an hour. After bringing out our food the first time, it took the waitress five more time to bring out the rest of our food because she had to keep asking us what we were missing. Even after all that half of us did not get all of the food we ordered. Not worth your money unless you have a lot of time to kill.
