Fantastic prices and excellent customer service! I needed additional assistance with my credit line on Sunday and the manager and staff were kind and helpful!! They helped me resolve the issue and purchase furniture for my daughter's room. The staff who brought my furniture to my truck were quick, polite and efficient. Fantastic experience!!
If you ask staff for help - they disappear - or even just waive their hand and point in a manner which is difficult to follow.
Price are definitely lower than retail store. Quality of merchandise is very good considering it is an outlet store.
Expensive - and more of a self help required type of place.
